Goodbye LJ, Hello WP!

I have to confess I’ve long coveted a WordPress blog account, but didn’t have the inclination or the time to identify an ISP who would host the script to make it happen. So when I discovered that I could now just sign up with WordPress and get an account, well, I abandoned my LJ blog without a second thought. Considering that my LJ account has been languishing for a while now, it’s probably just as well. My subconscious must have known what it was doing when I named that account “Dribbles and Scribbles”. The scribbles became dribbles, and eventually, petered out. I’m hoping round two will fare better. We’ll see how it goes. In my case, I shall borrow Brian Lamb’s advice to Ninmah and ease into it.
