A Visualization Exercise To Help With Allergies

My NAET doc tells me that my allergy to juniper was pretty deep-rooted, embedded all the way down at the cellular level. Obviously, it impacted my general immunity as well, and it could be a year before I was completely clear of the allergy.

So I began to think about what I could do at my end to boost the process, and came up with a visualization that I intend to focus on every morning. It goes something like this. I visualized sweeping my energy body, head to toe with a healing broom. Healing because that’s the energy I visualized emanating from the broom as it swept over my body.

The allergy itself I visualized as black dust being swept up by the broom, revealing a healthy, glowing, radiant body behind. I tend to visualize my “energy” form as a golden form but use what works for you.

Is it working? I don’t know yet given that I came up with the visualization a few minutes ago ;) , but I’ll keep you posted on how it goes.

  1. You can visualize going to the prom — when you didn’t have allergy. What you wore, what music you heard, what you ate — how it tasted, what the flowers and perfume smelled like, and how the shoe and clothes felt. Or think of a trip to the forest or beach where you felt fine. This can favorably alter the body chemistry.
